Eagle Scouts
Congratulations Tommy and Kris!
They passed their Eagle Board of Review on Saturday, February 23.
Kris' Eagle Project - He improved the garden and playground area and added a bench at Saint Raphael's Catholic Church in Springdale.
Tommy's Eagle Project - He cleared brush and improved the area of creek next to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Fayetteville.
Spring Camporee 2008
Troop 102 had a great time at the Razorback "Survivor" Spring Camporee. The Scouts survived the various competitions and even the required food tasting - Swamp Water, Eyeballs, Chicken Feet to mention a few. They even took home a ribbon in the fire building competition.
Troop 102 constructed an awsome entry way to the campsite. When the boys were not competing they worked with the younger Scouts on their Totin' Chip and other rank advancements. Some great pork chops and dutch oven potatoes were consumed at dinner.
During the campfire David and Justin crossed over from Webelos to Scouts. Kris B., Bradley, and Ed were selected during the OA Callout ceremony.
